Seen from a skopos-theoretical perspective, the process of literary communication does not differ very much from that of non-literary communication. We are going to show that apart from the sender’s intentions and the receiver’s expectation, which are marked as “literary”, the linguistic code used by a writer can also be found in other genres, like advertising or popularizing texts. The requirements of an equivalence-based concept of literary translation will be questioned and contrasted with those of a skopos-based concept, using examples from literary narratives to show where such a functional concept might be useful for the translator’s decision in literary translation.
主讲人简介

克里斯蒂安·诺德生于1943年，家乡德国 Eberswalde。1967年毕业于海德堡大学，主修西班牙语和英语。1983年在海德堡大学获（浪漫主义文学研究）博士学位。1993年获维也纳大学颁发的应用翻译学与翻译教学资格证书。她曾在多所大学任教:德国海德堡大学（1967-1994），奥地利维也纳大学（客座教授，1991-1992），德国希尔德斯海姆大学（1994-1996），奥地利因斯布鲁克大学（客座教授，1996）。自1996年以来，她一直在德国马格德堡应用科技大学担任翻译与专业化交流学院的主任，1998至2000年任该校副校长。她曾得到德国学术交流委员会的资助到印度、印尼、泰国、阿根廷、巴西、古巴和越南等国家做短期访问教授，并到过西班牙、丹麦、芬兰、比利时和其他欧洲国家讲学。
 诺德集译者、教师、翻译研究者于一者，发表了约80篇有关翻译教学与研究的论文和专著。她的论著主要涉及以下几个方面：翻译中的语篇分析、译员培训、翻译功能类别等。她曾任或现任多份学术刊物的编委或顾问，其中包括 The Translator（曼彻斯特，圣热罗姆）、Sendebar（西班牙格拉纳达大学）、Across（匈牙利布达佩斯）、Cuaderns（巴塞罗那自治大学）及（巴西弗洛里亚诺波利斯）。她是德国联邦翻译协会会员，德国-西班牙教师协会（DSV）和欧洲翻译研究学会（EST）的会员。
