 Cultivate more China-familiarly and China-friendly international talents and commend law-abiding, work-hard and well-behaved international students in China.
2. Applicants
  Undergraduates(except fist-year students)
  Post graduates(except first-year students)  
  Doctoral students
  HoHai University can recommend up to three candidates
3. Incentive standard
  Undergraduates:A reward is 18000RMB per person.
  Postgraduatesand doctor students: A reward is 30000RMB per person.
Other excellent applicants who win the open application honors will get an excellent certificate in stead of the reward. 
 
4. Application requirements

  (3)Law-abiding, able-bodied and well-rounded
  (4)take an active part in cultural and sports or social events.
 
5. Submission ofmaterials
   Materials needed oncampus application
a)    copy of paper(nearly one year)
b)    copy of Transcript,
c)    Certificate for study
d) passport's first page (please write student ID numbers on the top right corner).
e) A story about yourstudy life in China, words limitation 800( in English or Chinese). It should contain most impressive experience on your study life, including your feeling,in order to encourage more international students to work hard.

6. Deadline
 12:00 am on October 29, 2019(Tuesday),firmly obey the deadline.

7. Publicity of evaluation

关于推荐“优秀来华留学生奖学金”人选的通知
一、主要目的
培养更多知华、友华的国际优秀人才，表彰在华期间遵守法律，学习优秀，表现良好的留学生。
二、申请人员
本科二年级（含）及以上的本科生，硕士二年级（含）以上的硕士研究生，博士研究生。
河海大学最多可以推荐3名
三、奖励标准
本科生：一次奖励18000元/人；
硕士生和博士生：一次奖励30000元/人。
获得优秀开放奖的学生将仅获得优秀证书（无奖学金）。
四、申请条件
1、学习成绩优异，具备较强的学习和研究能力。
2、对华态度友好，在华表现优秀。
3、遵纪守法，身心健康，全面发展。
4、积极参加各项文体活动或社会实践活动，有突出事迹者优先。
五、提交材料
校内申请需提交：论文复印件（近1年），成绩单，在读证明，护照首页复印件(务必在右上角写学号)。一个《我的留华故事》（题目不限）。《故事》内容应侧重推荐人在华学习生活期间记忆深刻的经历、体会和感受，以期激励更多的国际学生努力奋斗，写作语言为英文或中文，字数不少于800字。
通过校内选拔的学生，将由学校通知进一步的申请。
六、时间方式
2019年10月29日上午12：00（周二），过期不候。

七、评审公示
学校将组织专家对申请人提交的材料进行评审，公示结束后学校将推荐人员到国家留学基金委，由国家留学基金委评审确定最终的获奖人员。
