Distinguished guests, your Excellency
尊敬的各位嘉宾，阁下：
Good afternoon. I am Karry Wang from China. It is a great honor to be here with you today and speak about the 17 sustainable development goals launched by the United Nations in 2015.
下午好，我是来自中国的王俊凯。今天很荣幸能和大家一起探讨联合国在2015年发布的17个可持续发展目标。

Common concerns have been:
人们通常担心以下两方面：
1.How do we promote and achieve these goals?
1.我们如何推广并实现这些目标？
2.How do we better lead the public's attention and participation?
2.我们应该如何更好地引起公众的注意和参与？
The fashion industry is crucial to achieving sustainable development goals. Every consumer's choice in the fashion field has an impact on our future.
时尚产业对实现可持续发展目标至关重要。每个消费者在时尚领域的选择都会对我们的未来产生影响。
Fashion is not something that is found in dress only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, and in the mind.
时尚不仅仅关于穿着。时尚还在天空中、在街道上、在我们心中。
Fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, the way we think, and what is happening around the world. It is closely related to every country and everyone. 
时尚和我们的想法、我们的生活方式、我们的思维方式以及世界各地正在发生的事情息息相关。它与每个国家、每个人密切相关。

For example:
举个例子：
We can save water by choosing natural pigments instead. And we can even make full use of recycled materials to lead new fashion trends on your daily lives.
我们可以通过选择使用天然颜料来节约用水。我们甚至可以充分利用可再生材料来引领日常生活中的新时尚潮流。
If we can consciously change consumption behaviour and have sustainable lifestyles, then it's new fashion.
如果我们能够有意识地改变消费行为，并形成可持续的生活方式，那么它就是新时尚。
Today, we are about to witness the launch of The United Nation Alliance for Sustainable Fashion, which I believe will give fashion a whole new mission, and build a platform for discussion and engagements of sustainable fashion.
今天，我们将见证联合国可持续时尚联盟的启动，我相信这将赋予时尚一个全新的使命，并为人们讨论和参与可持续时尚建立平台。
More institutions and brands across the world can be involved, contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals. 
世界上更多机构和品牌可以参与其中，为实现可持续发展目标做成贡献。
Now, I ask you: please team up with me to advocate for and support sustainable fashion, and secure a better, sustainable future for people and our planet.
